Advanced Scaffolder

As an Advanced Scaffolder, you will carry out assembly and disassembly work on all types of scaffolding structures. In consultation with your supervisor, you will prepare the work and ensure that all safety requirements are met. Together with your team, you will work on various projects in the region, at different locations, both indoors and outdoors.

What will you do?

You are responsible for the correct and safe execution of scaffolding work.

Preparing and executing the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures. You read drawings for preparation and independently carry out assembly and disassembly work on standard scaffolding structures. In addition, you work under supervision on more complex scaffolding structures.

Monitoring safety and quality. You are actively involved in safety in all activities by following procedures and work instructions.

Transporting, sorting, and checking materials. You perform transport tasks for the delivery and removal of scaffolding materials, sort scaffolding materials, and identify unusable materials.

Supporting (apprentice) technicians. You support (apprentice) Scaffolders in learning the job and guide them when necessary.

Providing leadership when necessary. If necessary and in consultation, you will replace the direct supervisor.

What do you bring?

You are a real team player who is not afraid of heights. In addition, you have:

• Secondary education working and thinking ability level

• VCA and Advanced Scaffolder certificate

• Work experience in scaffolding

• Category B driver’s license

• Proficiency in Dutch, and some English and/or German
