Job description

As Foreman Scaffolding, you lead the work on site and supervise a team of Scaffolders. You actively participate in the work, ensuring the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards, and always keeping an eye on the planning. You maintain close contact with the supervisor and the customer to ensure that everything goes according to plan and in line with laws and regulations.

What will you do?

You are responsible for the correct, safe execution of scaffolding work.

Assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures. Independently carry out assembly and disassembly work on both standard and more complex scaffolding structures based on technical drawings.

Monitoring safety, quality, and productivity. You actively focus on safety in all activities, by following procedures and work instructions.

Leading a team of Scaffolders. You manage a team of (apprentice) Scaffolders and temporary workers, provide clear work instructions, and distribute tasks when necessary. Additionally, you ensure that (apprentice) scaffoders are well guided, trained, and coached.

Maintaining contact with customers, site managers, and project leaders. You inform them about progress and any (potential) issues.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

You are an foreman who communicates clearly, guides the team in a positive way, and collaborates effectively with various stakeholders. In addition, you have:

  • Secondary education working and thinking ability level

  • Experience as a foreman within industrial services

  • VCA-VOL and job-specific courses

  • Proficiency in Dutch, and some English and/or German

  • Category B driver’s license
