Project Planner Scaffolding

As a Project Planner Scaffolding, you play a key role in preparing maintenance and project activities. You gather and verify all necessary information, such as scaffold requests, drawings, specifications, and agreements, to ensure everything is complete and correct. Based on this, you create a detailed budget and a tight schedule, and ensure that the work location is optimally arranged. You work closely with colleagues and are the primary contact person for the customer, placing you in a central position in the process.

Your key responsibilities

As a Preparation Engineer Scaffolding Construction, you ensure that the work at the location proceeds safely, smoothly, and according to plan.

Careful preparation of work. You ensure a complete and correct preparation of scaffolding construction activities for maintenance and projects.

Determining an efficient working method. In consultation with the execution, you determine the best working method and schedule for the activities.

Monitoring progress and schedule. You regularly coordinate with supervisors and customers to monitor progress.

Pre-calculation. Based on contracts, you make pre-calculations of the activities.

Managing project administration. You ensure correct preparation and supervise the correct entry of the activities in the project administration.

Compiling project documentation. You ensure that the execution team has access to all necessary documents and information to carry out their tasks efficiently.

Who are you?

You are proactive and bring structure to your work. In addition, you have:

• MBO level of education and thinking

• Experience in industrial services, especially scaffolding construction activities

• VCA basic safety certificate and a driver's license B

• Proficiency in Dutch and some speaking ability in English and/or German
