Foreman Insulation

As Foreman Insulation, you are the key figure in the execution and supervision of insulation work on site. You actively participate and lead a team of Insulation Technicians. Safety and quality are your top priorities; you ensure that all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In addition, you maintain contact with your supervisor and the customer regarding the execution and planning of the work.

Your key responsibilities

You are responsible for the correct and safe execution of insulation work.

Performing insulation work. You independently carry out insulation, (dis)assembly, and sealing activities.

Monitoring safety, quality, and productivity. You actively focus on safety in all activities, by following procedures and work instructions.

Leading a team of (apprentice) Insulation Technician. You manage a team of (apprentice) Insulations Technicians and temporary workers, provide clear work instructions, and delegate when necessary. Additionally, you ensure that (apprentice) Insulations Technicians are well guided, trained, and coached.

Maintaining contact with customers, supervisors, and project managers. You inform them about progress and any (potential) issues.

Who are you?

You are an foreman who communicates clearly, guides the team in a positive way, and collaborates effectively with various stakeholders. In addition, you have:

• Secondary education working and thinking ability level

• Experience as a foreman within industrial services

• VCA-VOL and job-specific courses

• Proficiency in Dutch, and some English and/or German

• Category B driver’s license
