Insulation Supervisor

As an Insulation Supervisor, you are the link between the project manager and the foreman. You prepare the work on location and ensure an efficient planning of people and materials. With a coaching and motivating leadership style, you manage your team and work closely with colleagues and staff department. Additionally, you support the project manager with various tasks.

Your key responsibilities

You are the connecting link between preparation and execution of the insulation work, ensuring a safe and efficient progress of projects.

Preparing and organizing work activities. You create clear work orders and instructions, order materials, monitor inventory, and promptly identify deviations.

Supervising technicians and foremen. You allocate work, provide clear instructions, and ensure an efficient, safe, and well-organized team.

Maintaining contact with stakeholders. You coordinate with customers, supervisors, and project managers on progress and issues, contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You ensure that the work is carried out safely and in compliance with regulations, and you focus on qualitative and efficient executed projects.

Managing administration and identifying improvement opportunities. You keep project administration in order, report additional and reduced work, and make proposals for improvement in safety and cost control.

Who are you?

You are proactive, customer-oriented, and a natural leader. Additionally, you have:

• Secondary vocational education working and thinking ability level

• Experience as a supervisor within industrial services

• VCA-VOL and job-specific courses

• Proficiency in Dutch, and some English and/or German

• Category B driver’s license
