Rope Access Supervisor

As a Rope Access Supervisor, you play a crucial role in safely and efficiently executing projects in the field of rope access. You provide the right guidance, coordination, and compliance with safety protocols while working with a team of specialists. Ready to combine your technical expertise and leadership?

What will you do?

Planning and directing rope access activities

Maintaining safety protocols and quality standards

Guiding and supervising the team

Ensuring materials and proper deployment of personnel

Reporting to management and stakeholders

Contributing to improvements based on experience

What do you bring?

• MBO level of education and thinking

• VCA-VOL and job-related courses

• IRATA level 1 or willingness to obtain it

• Experience as a supervisor in an industrial environment

• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems

• Communication and planning skills

• Proficiency in Dutch and some English speaking skills

• Driver's license B
