As a Rope Access Supervisor, you play a crucial role in safely and efficiently executing projects in the field of rope access. You provide the right guidance, coordination, and compliance with safety protocols while working with a team of specialists. Ready to combine your technical expertise and leadership?

Your key responsibilities
As Rope Access Supervisor, you are the connecting link between preparation and execution, ensuring the smooth progress of projects.

Supervising (starting) technicians and supervisors. You divide the work, give clear instructions, and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and safe team.

Monitoring safety, quality, and productivity. You ensure that work is carried out safely and according to regulations, and you take pride in delivering high-quality projects.

Preparing work orders and instructions. You ensure proper preparation with clear instructions and an overview of the tasks to be performed.

Ordering materials, monitoring inventory, and identifying deviations in time. You order materials, keep track of stock, and signal deviations early.

Maintaining contact with clients, site managers, and project leaders. You keep them informed about progress and bottlenecks, ensuring satisfied clients and smoothly running projects.

Job requirements

Who are you?
You are proactive, customer-oriented, and a natural leader. In addition, you have:

  • MBO-level working and thinking ability

  • Experience in leading teams within industrial services

  • VCA-VOL and job-specific training courses

  • IRATA 1, or open to obtaining the certification

  • Proficiency in Dutch and basic speaking skills in English and/or German

  • A category B driving license
