Supervisor Tracing

As an Supervisor Electrical Tracing, you are the link between the project manager and the foreman. You prepare the work on site and ensure an efficient deployment of personnel and materials. With a coaching and motivating leadership style, you manage your team and work closely with colleagues and support services. In addition, you support the project manager with various tasks.

Your key responsibilities

As an Supervisor Electrical Tracing, you are the connecting link between preparation and execution, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-oriented progress of projects.

Preparing and organizing work activities. You prepare work orders and instructions, order and manage materials, monitor progress, and promptly identify deviations in planning, execution, or stock.

Supervising and guiding the execution team. You allocate work, provide clear instructions, and supervise technicians and foremen, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Technical guidance and advice on electrical tracing. You have technical knowledge of various electrical tracing materials, advise technicians and customers, identify deviations and faults, and assist with technical issues.

Quality control and inspections. You, together with the team, check the quality of work, make corrections where necessary, and perform and report megger tests on installed electrical heat tracing systems.

Safety, PPE, and proper equipment use. You ensure a safe working environment and oversee the correct application of PPE, tools, and materials according to applicable regulations.

Coordination and completion. You communicate with customers, project managers, and colleagues about progress and issues, extra work, and less work, and ensure a correct and complete delivery, including as-built sketches and revision drawings, and accurate and complete project administration.

Who are you?

You are proactive, customer-oriented, and a natural leader. Additionally, you have:

• Secondary vocational education working and thinking ability level

• Experience as a supervisor within industrial services

• VCA-VOL and job-specific courses

• Proficiency in Dutch and some English and/or German

• Category B driver’s license
